PsychStep Residential is an HHSC-contracted provider of Home and Community-based Services (HCS) and Texas Home Living (TxHmL) waiver services. We provide compassionate, person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex medical, behavioral and psychiatric needs. Our small, home-like residence in Richmond, Texas offers 24-hour support, medication administration and monitoring, and individualized service plans designed to promote stability, growth and independence.
