Current Opportunities

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Full-time, Part-time and PRN | Day, Evening, Overnight and Weekend Shifts

Provide daily support to residents with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, community outings and life skills, while following each resident's individual plan.

Requirements:

- 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

- Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and registry checks

- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

Registered Nurse (RN)

Part-time or Contract

Oversee resident health care, complete nursing assessments, delegate and supervise nursing tasks, train staff on medication administration and coordinate with physicians and pharmacies.

Requirements:

- Current, unrestricted Texas RN license (or multistate compact license)

- Experience in IDD, behavioral health or community-based care preferred

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and registry checks

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Part-time, PRN or Contract

Provide nursing care under RN supervision, including medication administration, health monitoring, treatments and documentation.

Requirements:

- Current, unrestricted Texas LVN license (or multistate compact license)

- Experience in IDD, behavioral health or long-term care preferred

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and registry checks

Therapy Professionals

Contract

We are building a network of licensed professionals to support our residents, including:

- Physical Therapists (PT)

- Occupational Therapists (OT)

- Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)

- Behavioral Support Professionals (such as BCBAs, LPCs or LCSWs)

- Registered Dietitians

Requirements:

- Current Texas license in your discipline

- Experience serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

Program Coordinator

Full-time

Oversee daily operations of the home, supervise and schedule direct support staff, coordinate with service coordinators and families, and ensure services are delivered and documented in line with HCS and TxHmL requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a human services field, or equivalent experience

- Experience with HCS, TxHmL or IDD services strongly preferred

- Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and registry checks
